Senior Carefully was created to challenge the broken system of senior placement.

Our founder, Micah Ulland, was raised in an Adult Family Home his parents opened in 1998. After years of managing and operating homes in Seattle, he's seen firsthand how the industry often prioritizes profit over people—misleading families and overcharging care providers.

Senior Carefully exists to change that. We offer a transparent, ethical alternative to traditional placement agencies—empowering families to make informed decisions and giving trusted care providers the visibility they deserve.

Because seniors deserve better—and so do the people who care for them.
